What you’ll do
As a Digital & eCommerce Intern for our brand JOICO, you will:
- Lead at least one research-based project under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, culminating in a strategic presentation to the Integrated Digital Marketing & Education team
- Conduct research on competitors, eCommerce platforms, social media, websites, and digital content trends to inform brand strategy
- Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) by uploading and meta-tagging content for use across online channels
- Assist in optimizing eCommerce processes by updating Product Information Management (PIM) data and tags
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager to analyze KPIs and gain insights into performance metrics
- Learn and help implement eCommerce strategies and retail partner tactics, contributing to a test-and-learn culture driven by real-time data
What makes you a good fit
- A rising sophomore or rising junior graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Social Psychology
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and extract insights from data
- High familiarity with social media platforms and eCommerce channels (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Interest in the beauty industry, with a passion for marketing and/or digital/social media
- Self-starter who is task-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys engaging in collaborative discussions
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings into actionable insights

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through August 14th, 2026.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
