About this position

About this Position

  • Support Henkel line management in meeting Chinese SHE and regulatory compliance and Henkel SHE Corporate compliance. This would be through promoting and developing SHE Minimum Requirements by training, auditing and raising SHE awareness on a continual basis.
  • Provide functional support to site to improve overall site Safety, Health & Environment practices, system & performance.

What you´ll do

  • Take as Management Representative of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 in Henkel Dragon site. Develop site SHE policy and SHE procedure system as Henkel standard to achieve SHE Target. Make sure Henkel Dragon operations compliance with legal requirements and Henkel SHE Standards.
  • Leading site Safety activities implement include Training, Meeting, Reporting, Process Risk Assessment, PPE, MOC, Incident Investigation, Work Permit, Emergency Responsible, Contractor Safety management Chemical safety and firefighting, Audit and action follow-up etc..
  • Leading site environmental activities implement include Energy reduction, Water reduction, Waste Reduction, Solid Waste Reduction through training, performance review, employee communication and continue improvement projects.
  • Leading occupation heath program and guideline conduct on site. Coordinate with HE and department leader to make sure fully comply with local legal requirement and Henkel guideline.
  • Keep close communication with local government office on Safety, Firefighting and Environmental.

What makes you a good fit

  • Chemical Safety Related bachelor degree and above.
  • National Certified Safety Engineer (chemical).
  • >15 years MNC, chemical industrial SHE management working experiences.
  • >10 years process SHE experiences.
  • >10 years people management experiences.
