What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Good command of English and Arabic is a must
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG, out of which minimum 2 years in a senior role
- Leadership skills to steer the team on daily basis – people management experience is a must
- Distributor management experience is a must
- Retail and van sales operations experience required
- MS Office Proficiency and solid business acumen required
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up skills and high determination to achieve results
- Proactive, positive, enabler & team player mindset
