リテール向けヘアカラーブランドマーケティングのアシスタントブランドマネージャー。ブランドマネージャーをサポートし、ブランド価値・売上・シェアを拡大するためのブランディング・新製品開発・ロンチ戦略の立案・実施を行う。
What you´ll do
- ブランド中長期戦略の立案
- 新製品・リニューアル等含めた製品戦略の立案・実施
- ブランド・プロジェクトに関する社内プレゼンテーション
- 代理店や小売チェーンへのプレゼンテーション
- 年間予算作成・管理
- 新製品のフォーキャスト作成
- 目標達成のためのKPI設定およびアクションプランの実行
- 業界 : ヘアカラーおよびヘアケア
- 流通 : リテール（ドラッグストア、GMS、バラエティストア）
- レポート : コンシューマーマーケティング ブランドマネージャー
- 関係部署 : 社内（R&D・サプライチェーン・営業企画部・営業部・アジアパシフィック地域マーケティングチームなど）、および社外（エージェンシー、調査会社など）の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、積極的にプロジェクトをリードすることが求められる
