About this Position
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute global digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on managing campaigns across social media and web platforms to drive brand engagement and achieve business KPIs.
What you´ll do
- Plan, implement, and report on global digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as social media and website, while amplifying reach through both organic and paid, including (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Own and manage digital marketing projects within the allocated timeline and budget to achieve KPIs, recommending corrective actions when necessary。
- Promote a test-and-learn culture, sharing insights and best practices across teams to enhance internal digital marketing capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Work with local markets to understand needs, identify digital trends, and guide implementation of best practices across regions.
What makes you a good fit
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
Hands-on experience managing media campaigns and content creation. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Proven ability to craft engaging brand stories with a high sense of design and quality. Knowledge of key digital tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, CMS, and social media platforms. Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for results. Fluent Japanese and professional English proficiency (both written and spoken).
