What you´ll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Engineering and Purchasing teams at key Tier Suppliers, while actively supporting existing customers and business. Focus areas include process improvement and innovation in Surface Treatments, Parts Cleaners, and Forming Lubricants.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers, fellow Sales colleagues, and Application Engineering on joint customer visits and projects to support new business development and technical solution delivery.
- Maintain and actively manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and a robust new business pipeline.
- Promote Henkel Technologies through impactful presentations at corporate offices and production sites to drive awareness and engagement.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, laboratory, or manufacturing roles, with a proven track record of initiative and results.
- Familiarity with automotive testing protocols and part approval processes is strongly preferred.
Prior experience working in manufacturing environments is advantageous. - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% within Southeast Michigan, with occasional travel (up to 5%) throughout the broader Midwest region.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00- $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
