À propos de ce poste

Au sein du département export Henkel France HCB, vous êtes en charge de votre propre portefeuille client. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Ce que vous ferez

  • Gestion d'un portefeuille client Afrique et Drom –Com Saisie des commandes clients
  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation client
  • Organisation du transport en lien avec le prestataire logistique
  • Coordination entre le prestataire transport et le dépôt
  • Gestion administrative de la documentation export
  • Analyse et suivi des litiges

Pourquoi vous êtes un bon candidat

  • Vous préparez un Bac +3 / Bac +5 en école de commerce, de logistique ou en université
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier d’Excel
  • Vous connaissez idéalement SAP, ou à défaut êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel, et savez gérer votre stress en cas d’imprévu
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
