Au sein du département export Henkel France HCB, vous êtes en charge de votre propre portefeuille client. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Ce que vous ferez
- Gestion d'un portefeuille client Afrique et Drom –Com Saisie des commandes clients
- Assurer le suivi de la facturation client
- Organisation du transport en lien avec le prestataire logistique
- Coordination entre le prestataire transport et le dépôt
- Gestion administrative de la documentation export
- Analyse et suivi des litiges
Pourquoi vous êtes un bon candidat
- Vous préparez un Bac +3 / Bac +5 en école de commerce, de logistique ou en université
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier d’Excel
- Vous connaissez idéalement SAP, ou à défaut êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
- Vous avez un bon relationnel, et savez gérer votre stress en cas d’imprévu
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
