What is PRISM-F

PRISM-F is a rotational leadership development program for the functions within Henkel. Henkel participating functions include Finance, Purchasing, and Business Controlling.

The primary goal of the PRISM Leadership Development Program is to develop the future leaders of Henkel, and allow recent graduates with a Master’s degree in business-related disciplines and a couple years of work experience to explore different career opportunities within Henkel. The program runs for 18 months in Rocky Hill, CT with rotations in Finance, Purchasing, and/or Business Controlling with a possible international rotation. You will showcase your full potential in day-to-day operations as you lead important and exciting projects with exposure and close cooperation with top management.

What we look for in a candidate

  • MBA or Master of Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related fields
  • Recommended 3+ years of working experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Passion, drive and readiness to challenge status quo (should be in your DNA)
  • Leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good communications & presentation skills
  • Open to work in new environments both during and after PRISM

PRISM helps to kickstart your career on the fast track. We strive to place our PRISM participants in full time positions that match their individual skills and capabilities with business needs. Outside of the program, our PRISM participants continue to learn and grow rapidly within the organization.

Yes! PRISM participants are paired with an executive mentor from the program, and will work on impactful projects with exposure to senior leadership across the company.

Yes! PRISM participants are treated as if they are full time employees in training, the projects you work on help facilitate the growth and success of the company starting day one.

Henkel takes mentorship seriously. Each PRISM participants has a handful of formal mentors ranging from peer level mentors to executive level mentors starting day one.
