Dependiendo de la oportunidad, podrás contribuir en actividades relacionadas con transporte, distribución, almacenamiento, operaciones logísticas, gestión de inventarios y mejora de procesos, apoyando la disponibilidad de nuestros productos y un excelente nivel de servicio a nuestros clientes.

Lo que harás
- Contribuir a la planeación, coordinación y seguimiento de operaciones logísticas, incluyendo transporte, distribución, almacenamiento y gestión de inventarios, dependiendo de la posición.
- Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño logístico e identificar oportunidades para mejorar el nivel de servicio, costos y eficiencia operativa.
- Colaborar con proveedores, operadores logísticos y equipos internos para asegurar un flujo eficiente de productos a lo largo de la cadena de suministro.
- Analizar información y tendencias operativas para identificar riesgos, oportunidades y acciones de mejora.
- Trabajar de manera cercana con equipos como Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Procurement y otras áreas para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua, optimización de procesos y transformación de las operaciones logísticas.
- Contribuir al cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y excelencia operativa.
Lo que te hace un buen candidato
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Supply Chain, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa o un fuerte interés en desarrollar tu carrera profesional dentro del área de Logística.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
- Capacidad para trabajar con indicadores de desempeño, información operativa y análisis de datos.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con diferentes equipos, proveedores y stakeholders.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel. La familiaridad con sistemas ERP, SAP, herramientas de gestión logística, WMS, TMS o soluciones de análisis de datos será considerada una ventaja.
- Dominio del inglés y capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.
- Residir en México o tener interés en futuras oportunidades de Logística en el país.
