What you´ll do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners and professional end-users.
- Independently plan your daily travel routes, appointments, and calendar to maximize territory coverage.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Execute local sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure excellent product visibility through merchandising, shelf placement, and display installations.
- Track industry trends and monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What makes you a good fit
- Proven sales experience with a track record of delivering results.
- Knowledge of construction, industrial, DIY, building materials, adhesives, sealants, or related product categories is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by creating new opportunities while managing existing business.
- Fluent in Latvian and good command in English.
