This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for internal and customer quality issues (8D, 5-Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) processes in compliance with AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.
- Analyze production data and KPIs (scrap, rework, yield, etc.) to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product conformance from concept to delivery.
- Provide technical guidance in PFMEA, control plans, and inspection plans development.
- Act as the quality liaison with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk assessment activities and quality planning for new products and processes.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial).
- 2-3 years of quality/process engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100, AS9145, AS13000).
- Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
