About this Position

The senior inventory analyst plays a critical role in driving cost savings, improving inventory accuracy, and resolving material flow issue across all networks in North America and Mexico (NAMX). This role leads initiatives to manages non-conforming materials, optimize inventory processes, and implement digital solutions, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive supply chain professional with strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a bias for action. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative team environments, effectively partners across functions to identify challenges, implement solutions, and drive measurable results.

What you´ll do

  • Prepare and present regular reports on inventory trends, KPIs, cost-saving opportunities and actively support resolution of inventory issues.
  • Monitor safety stock levels and evaluate obsolete inventory, providing actionable recommendations to optimize inventory.
  • Manage high-impact projects focused on resolving critical material flow challenges as assigned by leadership.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve the handling of non-conforming materials, driving operational efficiency and measurable cost savings.
  • Lead blocked inventory reporting for monthly and annual reviews across multiple sites.
  • Leverage inventory control best practices to ensure accurate system inventory balances of non-conforming materials across manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory activities with operations team to ensure accuracy and full compliance with corporate inventory control standards.
  • Ensure end-to-end material flow of non-conforming inventory—covering supplier correction, rework, or scrap—is accurately documented and appropriately escalated.
  • Coordinate the removal or transfer of defective materials in compliance with company procedures and maintain system integrity.
  • Support and monitor planning, disposition, and trials of new materials, changes, and reworks.
  • Manage additional projects as assigned by leadership.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Quality environments.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Root Cause Analysis and/or Continuous Improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (including APO) and proficiency in Power BI are strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Self-driven and collaborative with the ability to operate independently.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
  • APICS (CPIM, CSCP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in English - Your resume will be required to be in English
