About this Position
We are seeking a self-driven Logistics Manager with a strong technical background to lead and optimize logistics operations across our projects. This role will require leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution of logistics strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), project leadership, and project management (PM)—with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution. You must have an advanced level of English, as you'll be collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.

What you´ll do
- Develop, implement, and improve logistics processes aligned with company SOPs and project goals
- Act as a project lead for logistics-related initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization
- Support the implementation of logistics solutions in line with technical and business requirements
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ years of proven experience in logistics management, supply chain, or related field
- Bacherlor degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial engineering or similar
- Strong technical background in operations, processes, or systems
- Experience in SOP development and implementation
- Hands-on project leadership or project management experience (certification not required)
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
