About this Position

Henkel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Supply Chain team as Manager S&OP / S&OE Capabilities at our corporate offices in Interlomas, Mexico. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective alignment between planning and execution across the region by managing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, translating global initiatives into regional execution, and leading continuous improvement efforts that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

What you´ll do

  • Lead and coordinate the S&OP / S&OE Capabilities processes within the region.
  • Ensure alignment between planning and execution, and support decision-making through structured routines, follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own and lead the S&OP and S&OE processes within the Supply Chain organization.
  • Ensure synchronization between planning and execution processes to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and follow up on actions derived from S&OP/S&OE meetings.
  • Ensure meetings are scheduled, documented, and followed up appropriately.
  • Bring global initiatives and adapt them to the regional context.
  • Develop and improve tools to support the S&OP/S&OE processes.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Planning teams to generate and align information.
  • Interact with the Customer Service team to improve Perfect Order (POTC).
  • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

What makes you a good fit

  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Customer Service processes.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
