About this Position

This role drives strategy and P&L responsibility for Banners and Multi-Store Operators (MSOs) within the Independent Grocery channel for Henkel Consumer Brands. Key tasks include leading range reviews, New Product Development (NPD) launches, Net Revenue Management, and promotional programs. The role manages price increase negotiations, annual investment plans, and both production and financial forecasting. It supports third-party field teams with training and in-store execution, assists the Sales Coordinator and Henkel Field Team, and oversees claims, provisions, accruals, and the month-end process for the Independents Team. 

What you´ll do

  • Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue (KP) and target plans (TP).
  • Identify business opportunities and manage business development budgets aligned with account objectives.
  • Translate customer strategies into joint innovation roadmaps and drive solution-based selling.
  • Lead customer approval processes and implement upstream solution selling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, executives, and sponsors.
  • Support field teams and optimize local sales processes to align with account strategies.
  • Analyze financial KPIs and proactively manage account performance to meet targets (KP/TP, OSG, PC).
  • Complete administrative tasks such as sales forecasts, monthly reports, and account strategy updates accurately and on time.

  • Proficient in Excel with strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Proven negotiation skills with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
