About this Position

As an HR Operations Intern, you’ll be offered practical exposure to a wide range of HR functions in a dynamic, multinational environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our HR team with various operational tasks. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in HR reporting, policy implementation, employee onboarding and Compensation & Benefit administration. You will contribute meaningfully to the HR team, building a strong foundation for a successful career in Human Resources. 

What you´ll do

  • Generate and analyze monthly HR reports, including dashboards and employee data lists
  • Collaborate with external vendors by securely sharing relevant employee information for programs such as Medical Check-ups, Flex Benefits, and Employee Assistance Programs
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth and engaging integration into the company culture
  • Assist in the execution and administration of employee benefits
  • Collect, verify, and organize payroll-related data to ensure accurate payroll processing, along with managing HR-related payments
  • Maintain and update HR policies and guidance materials to ensure accessibility and clarity for employees and management
  • Prepare and submit government-mandated HR reports and other compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations by performing various tasks and supporting ad hoc projects as needed

What makes you a good fit

  • Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Eager to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
