A propos de ce poste

Au sein de la branche Adhesives Operations vous pilotez le système de Management Santé, Sécurité, Environnement et Energie sur notre site de fabrication de colle de Villefranche-Sur-Saône. A ce titre, vous êtes garants de la santé et de la sécurité sur notre site, ainsi que de l’atteinte de nos objectifs en termes d’engagement durable. En lien avec différents interlocuteurs internes comme externes, vos missions sont les suivantes :  

Ce que vous ferez

  • Vous assurez l’application des dispositions Santé, Sécurité, Environnement, Energie ainsi que des exigences liées à différentes normes (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) au sein du site.
  • Vous pilotez la stratégie SSEE en lien avec les différents KPI définis pour des domaines de responsabilité tels que la consommation d’énergie, l’accidentologie, la santé, le respect réglementaire.
  • Vous coordonnez et soutenez les différents services dans les démarches d’amélioration continue/mesures correctives/mesures préventives en vous basant sur les indicateurs clé.
  • Vous suivez les contrôles d’inspection réalisés autant par des acteurs territoriaux que des auditeurs qualité externe et interne.
  • Vous effectuez une veille réglementaire régulière sur l’évolution de la réglementation et des normes et adaptez les process en conséquence

Pourquoi vous êtes un bon candidat

  • Vous avez un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac +5) en chimie ou technique
  • Vous témoignez d’une expérience de minimum 1-2 ans dans un poste de type ingénieur process/opérationnel ou une première expérience en HSE dans une industrie manufacturière, idéalement en Chimie
  • Vous disposez de connaissances solides sur les aspects de santé, sécurité, environnement, énergie et réglementation des sites de production industrielle
  • Vous avez un esprit analytique et conceptuel
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et êtes capable de mener des équipes dans le changement
  • Vous maîtrisez impérativement l’Anglais (écrit et oral)

Contrat : CDD (décembre 2025 à septembre 2026)
