Analyst Logistics APAC

I am acting as a project manager for multiple global programs implemented across the APAC region. In addition, I am responsible for developing end‑to‑end logistics process mappings for APAC countries, with a strong focus on local regulatory and compliance requirements.

How can you benefit from the program in your current position?
From the beginning of the program, I was assigned projects across different teams, which strengthened my business understanding as well as my communication and leadership skills. It has enabled me to effectively bridge cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring smooth project delivery in the logistics area.

What would be an advice you would give young graduates starting at Henkel?
Don’t be afraid to admit when you don’t know something. Whenever you are in doubt, ask questions. It is one of the fastest ways to learn. At the same time, be confident in demonstrating your strengths and capabilities, so people can recognize the value you bring and trust you with greater responsibilities.
